Lee Mauss, Esq., Director and Chief Talent Officer, specializes in the recruitment and placement of partners and practice groups nationwide.  Her clients include general practice and boutique law firms.

Lee oversees Howard-Sloan's strategy to attract skilled recruiters to our productive and positive work environment.

Previously, Lee worked as an employee benefits associate at Smith & Downey, P.A., where her practice focused on welfare benefits plans and HIPPAA compliance.

Lee received a J.D. from the Boston University School of Law, where she was a member of the National Appellate Advocacy Team.  She earned a B.S. in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from S.U.N.Y. Buffalo.
