Eric D. Berger, Esq., is Senior Vice President of Howard-Sloan Legal Search and specializes in the recruitment and placement of partners, practice groups and law firm mergers. 

Eric practiced law with Rogers & Wells (now part of Clifford Chance) in New York City prior to joining Howard-Sloan in 1991.  He graduated cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law where he was in the top 5% of his class and a member of the Journal of Legal Commentary.  Eric also has an LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law and a B.B.A. with distinction from the University of Michigan. 

Eric is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Corporate Counsel Association.
