Eric D. Berger, Esq., is Senior Vice President of Howard-Sloan Legal Search. He specializes in the recruitment and placement of partners, practice groups and law firm mergers and heads up our temporary lawyer and paralegal division. 

Eric practiced law with Rogers & Wells (now part of Clifford Chance) in New York City prior to joining Howard-Sloan in 1991.  He graduated cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law where he was in the top 5% of his class and a member of the Journal of Legal Commentary.  Eric also has an LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law and a B.B.A. with distinction from the University of Michigan. 

Eric is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Corporate Counsel Association.
