Eric D. Berger, Esq., Senior Vice President, joined Howard-Sloan in 1991. Prior to then, Eric practiced law with Rogers & Wells (now part of Clifford Chance) in New York City.

He graduated cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law where he was in the top 5% of his class and a member of the Journal of Legal Commentary. Eric also has an LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law and a B.B.A. with distinction from the University of Michigan.

Eric is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Corporate Counsel Association.
