Melissa Gilkey is a Director with Howard-Sloan Financial Search. Prior to joining Howard-Sloan, Melissa spent several years in the research industry.

Melissa received her B.B.A. from Hofstra University with a major in Business Computer Information Systems.

Melissa enjoys cheering for her clients and candidates as much as she enjoys cheering for the New York Mets.
