Justin M. Mandel, Director with Howard-Sloan Financial Search, specializes in the recruitment and placement of compliance professionals globally.  His clients include investment banks, asset management firms, private banks, pharmaceutical companies, and the full array of financial services firms. Prior to joining Howard-Sloan, Justin was in real estate consulting with a focus on hotel/tourism development. 

Justin received his B.S. from the University of Delaware with a major in Hotel Management and Business Administration. He is a board member of the University of Delaware Alumni Association.
